How to use index and match together

The formula:

=Index(C:C; Match(D2:D55&E2:E55;A:A&B:B;0)

C:C is the range of cells you want to return

D2:D55&E2:E55: are the matching fields from our table

A:A&B:B are the matching fields in the second table.
